Five suns rise and fall,
worlds born and broken by the gods.
 
The Jaguar devours the First.
Winds scatter the Second.
Fire consumes the Third.
Waters drown the Fourth.
 
Beneath the Fifth Sun, life is fragile.
Hearts fuel its path through the sky,
hummingbirds—fallen warriors—guard its light.
 
The Sunflowers turn, ever faithful.
Eagles soar,
a reminder of strength and sacrifice.
 
We live by the sun’s mercy,
we work in the light, 
our skin its canvas,
our blood its lifeline,
our souls its flame.
